Wrong costumes recieved. been over a month and no refund yet. My orders were en-uk_1003111259_312 and
<br /> en-uk_1003091405_474. I spent about close to $90 on 2 costumes about a month ago and recieve the wrong costumes that i ordered becuase of you all, this was about 5 weeks ago, and about 14 days ago i recieved an email from the MRA dept.

<br /> I recieved an email from Jack who works for milanoo and he said that "For the problem, we are prepared to give a 20% discount for your next order in hoping of your forgiveness."

<br /> This is not good enough. I paid close to 90 dollars for 2 costumes and both were wrong. What am i suppose to do with 2 different costumes that were not the ones i wanted. You telling me the i get a discount on my next purchase. No way. This was your mistake in the first place. These were not the costumes i ordered and i want either my money back for the both costumes or send my costumes that i originaly ordered to me. This is not great costumer service. what make you guys think that i will buy another costume again from you if 2 were wrong already. So fix the problem and send me my correct costumes becuase i dont want a discount. This is totally wrong of you to even offer me a 20 discount. Send my correct costumes -
