i have recieved this dress before in may of 2011. It was very disapointing. the picture is misleading. the seams looked to be hand sewn. there were loose threads. the material was patchy and the flaps on the front did not lay down how they were supposed to in the picture. i had to sew the flaps down. The dress is no where near as poffy as shown. i had to create a petticoat. The halter part or 'ties' were uneaven. before buying this dress make sure you know a tailor or can sew yourself. however i have commented before and have come back to see that my comment before has been REMOVED which i find slightly suspicious of the site...
